Laminated Hand-Carved Celluloid Vintage Button Ring

Spectacular ring set with a beautiful three layered laminated Celluloid Art Deco button, Circa 1920’s – 30’s. The button features, an oval layer of Ivoroid Celluloid, overlaid with a wood effect Celluloid layer and topped with another layer of Ivoroid Celluloid. These special laminated buttons were carved through from the top to reveal the layers underneath and come in a great many patterns. The ring band is hand – crafted 925 silver.
